Patience defines both a personal and open space for its user to be more comfortable during the wait.
During the testing phase, users brought up 3 interesting features that meant comfort to them.
1. To be able to rest an arm on one side 2. the possibility to rest the feet 3. One zone for your belongings. These small details were increasing the feeling of welcome and comfort in the waiting room.
Because each chair has its own magazine holder, the layout of the space is free from being centered around one low table.
